Buzz Folders Free has a simple 2 tab interface:
The 1st tab shows recent folders for the current program.
The 2nd tab is a collection of favourite folders, referred to as Stickies.
Folders are displayed as buttons. Click the buttons to open folders in the open/save dialog box.
